LP Series Seed Treaters

The LP is USC's most popular line of seed treaters.

The LP800 is USC's most popular seed treater. Using USC's patented atomizer,
it is capable of treating seeds at a rate of 800 bushels an hour. Ideal for seed
       dealers, co-ops and commercial seed production plants, it is designed as an
       alternative to large-scale treatment facilities. The pre-wired seed treater
       is mounted on a durable steel frame for easy transport and self-containment
       where space may be at a premium.

       The LP2000 is USC's middle capacity LP Series Treater, with seed capability of
       around 2000 bushels an hour and, like other LP's, can treat many types of
       seed including soybeans, wheat, cotton, rice, peas and more.

The LP4000 is USC's largest capacity LP Series Treater. With USC's patented atomizer, the LP4000 is rated
to treat seeds at approximately 4000 bushels an hour and comes standard with a flow meter and
50 gallon stainless steel mixing tank. The pre-wired seed treater is mounted
on a durable steel frame for easy transport and self-containment. The treater is capable of treating seed at varying rates and like
other LP's, the LP4000 has several build options including
mild steel and stainless steel contact.

LX Series Seed Treater
USC's Seedwheel, flow meter, quick release atomizer chamber and PLC controls are
standard on the LX series seed treaters. The LX will provide the same
          unmatched coating as the LP series seed treaters and are available in
          the same capacities. Using the PLC controls and other standard
         accessories, start-up procedures are reduced to the simple touch
         of a button. It also has a variety of accessories and add-ons.

         All USC treaters come with a limited warranty, detailed instruction
         and maintenance manuals, and a commitment to provide personalized
         support in both the set-up and operation.
